REAL INFLUENCE EVENTS

These terms apply to seats purchased for the Real Influence events held in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in October 2026, run by Resonate Communications Pty Ltd (ABN 14 619 351 781) (“we”, “us”). By booking a seat you agree to these terms.
Real Influence is a facilitated group discussion on being heard and raising your level of influence, hosted by Arabella Macpherson. Each session runs for two and a half hours:
Melbourne — Wednesday 7 October 2026, 5:00pm to 7:30pm
Sydney — Thursday 8 October 2026, 5:00pm to 7:30pm
Brisbane — Wednesday 21 October 2026, 7:00am to 9:30am
Each event is held at a CBD venue in that city. We confirm the exact address by email before the event.
Seats are $50 plus GST ($55 including GST) per person, and the price includes refreshments. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We issue a tax invoice on purchase.
You may transfer your seat to another person at any time before the event begins, at no charge. Email us the replacement attendee’s name and email address and we will update the registration. Seats cannot be moved to a different city or date unless we agree in writing.
Cancel more than 7 days before your event and we will refund you in full. Within 7 days of the event we are unable to offer a refund, as venue and catering numbers are confirmed by that point. You are welcome to send someone in your place instead, under clause 3.
If we cancel an event, or move it to a date you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund. If we make a material change to what was advertised, you may choose a refund instead of attending. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if the event is not as described.
We photograph and sometimes film these events, and we may use those images in our marketing, including on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us at any time — before, during or after the event — and we will keep you out of shot, or remove you from anything already published.
These are candid conversations. Please treat what others share in the room as confidential, and do not attribute it to them outside the event.
The discussion and any materials provided are general in nature. They are not personal professional advice and do not take account of your particular circumstances.
We collect your name, email address, phone number and role to administer your booking and, if you opt in, to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an event is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
