Last updated: 13 September 2026

This policy explains how Resonate Communications Pty Ltd (ABN 14 619 351 781) (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

We collect the information you give us, which is usually your name, email address, phone number, job title or role, and the organisation you work for. If you book an event or a program we also collect your booking details and any dietary or accessibility requirements you tell us about. If you work with us as a coaching client, we collect the information you share during that engagement.

We do not store your credit card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who collects those details directly from you.

When you visit our website we also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site.

2. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you complete a form on our website, register your interest in a program, book an event or a call, email us, or speak with us. We also collect it through cookies and analytics when you use our website, and occasionally from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn or your organisation’s website.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, administer your booking and issue invoices, deliver our coaching, programs and events, keep you informed about the program or event you registered for, and improve our website and services.

If you have opted in, we also use your email address to send you our newsletter and information about our programs and events. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information with the service providers who help us run our business, including our customer relationship and email platform, our website host, our booking and payment providers, our analytics provider and our accountant. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.

Where we run a program inside your organisation, we may share attendance information with that organisation, but we do not share what you say during a session without your agreement.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

7. Events and photography

We photograph and sometimes film our events, and we may use those images in our marketing. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us at any time and we will keep you out of shot, or remove you from anything already published.

8. Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using reputable providers and limiting who can access it. We keep your information only for as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires, and then destroy or de-identify it.

9. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at arabella@arabellamacpherson.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first.

10. Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us at arabella@arabellamacpherson.com and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
